Serves 4 people
- 300g carrots
- 300g raw beetroot
- 3 apples
- Thyme sprigs
Miso salad dressing ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Splash of water
- Cut the veggies raw, any way you please. We like to grate, ribbon, and slice all together. It gives a really varied appearance, and looks particularly wintery!
- Mix the miso, honey and a touch or water to make a sweet and salty dressing
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle with thyme leaves. Flat-leaf parsley is also a great earthy to a simple dish.
