Delivery + Returns

We provide delivery to the UK and the USA. In the UK, deliveries are handled by Yodel and DPD. Standard delivery is priced at £4.00, while express delivery is available at £5.00. Orders exceeding £35 qualify for free shipping.


All deliveries in the UK are carried out by Yodel and DPD. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days, while express delivery takes 1-2 working days if your order is completed by Midday (Mon to Fri). For UK deliveries, the standard service shipping price is £4.00, while the express shipping price is £5.00. Please note our express delivery excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Our shipping service to the Scottish Highlands and Islands* takes 2-4 working days and costs £10. For orders over £35, shipping is free.

USA - We ship using Royal Mail and you should expect your order within a week.
Canada - We ship using Royal Mail and you should expect your order within a week

European Orders
Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Europe anymore due to encountering many logistical and customs issues. We hope to resolve this soon!

Refunds and Replacements
If your goods are damaged, you've received the wrong products or you've just changed your mind you can choose between a refund or a replacement, just follow the below process:
Please contact us within 7 days of your order date via email call on 0131 210 0132 with your name, order number and reason for requesting a refund or replacement.

Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card or your PayPal account.
Refunds and replacements only apply from the following list:

Damaged Parcels
We are sorry if your parcel has been damaged. We make every effort to send our products as safely as possible but sometimes damages still occur after leaving our hive of activity. If this occurs we will offer you a full refund or a replacement on receipt of image or proof of damage.
We can only refund you if you have your proof of purchase and all refunds can only be made into the same debit/credit card or PayPal account made from the original purchase.

If you'd prefer replacements then just let us know. We'll get them dispatched to you within 2 working days free of charge.

Wrong Item(s)
If you receive a wrong item, we are sincerely sorry, this only happens in rare cases. We'll happily refund or replace your item(s), and will not charge for return items. Please see below for instructions on returning your order.

Items not as described
We are confident in the quality and accurate descriptions of our honey and other products in our shop. If you feel that the items received didn't meet your expectations we will refund or replace your item(s), and cover the costs for the return courier or mail charges.

If you have changed your mind
In the unlikely event, if you are requesting a refund or exchange because you've changed your mind, you'll need to pay the costs of returning the honey to us.

Returning your items
If you are returning your order to us, please repack it safely and return it to us within 7 days of notifying us of the return. Include your name, order number and reason for return.
