For delivery within the UK if you select “standard delivery” at checkout you should receive your parcel within 2-5 working days from dispatch or 1-2 working days for “express delivery”. If you do not receive your order in 3 working days of ordering (if you've selected “express delivery”), or 5 days (if you've selected “standard delivery”), please contact us at or 0131 210 0132

For packages below 2kg standard delivery is through Royal Mail and is £2.99, express delivery is £4.95, also with Royal Mail. For UK deliveries over 2kg the price is £5.95 and is posted with Parcelforce (24hr). For delivery to Europe we aim to have your parcel to you in 5 working days from dispatch and for the United States of America 7 working days from dispatch.

Refunds and Replacements

If your goods are damaged, you've received the wrong products or you've just changed your mind you can choose between a refund or a replacement, just follow the below process:
Please contact us within 7 days of your order date via email call on 0131 210 0132 with your name, order number and reason for requesting a refund or replacement.

Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card or your PayPal account.

Refunds and replacements only apply from the following list:

Damaged Parcels

We are sorry if your parcel has been damaged. We make every effort to send our products as safely as possible but sometimes damages still occur after leaving our hive of activity. If this occurs we will offer you a full refund or a replacement on receipt of image or proof of damage.

We can only refund you if you have your proof of purchase and all refunds can only be made into the same debit/credit card or PayPal account made from the original purchase.

If you'd prefer replacements then just let us know. We'll get them dispatched to you within 2 working days free of charge.

Wrong Item(s)

If you receive a wrong item, we are sincerely sorry, this only happens in rare cases. We'll happily refund or replace your item(s), and will not charge for return items. Please see below for instructions on returning your order.

Items not as described

We are confident in the quality and accurate descriptions of our honey and other products in our shop. If you feel that the items received didn't meet your expectations we will refund or replace your item(s), and cover the costs for the return courier or mail charges.

If you have changed your mind

In the unlikely event, if you are requesting a refund or exchange because you've changed your mind, you'll need to pay the costs of returning the honey to us.

Returning your items

If you are returning your order to us, please repack it safely and return it to us within 7 days of notifying us of the return. Include your name, order number and reason for return.
