Description

Our Scottish signature honey combines the nutritional benefits of our heather honey with the unique sweetness of blossom.

Our bees forage on a mixture of lowland wildflowers and crops and the heather found on the mountainous and rugged terrain of Scotland. Every batch is unique, no two batches are the same as the taste is determined by the flowers that the bees forage on each season.

This sweet and creamy blend is delicious spread on toast, or to add a kick to your cooking.

Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.50 for orders under £30, £3 for orders £30–£40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £8. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS and arrive in 2–4 working days.

    The best that I’ve tasted!

    So delicious that it’s really difficult not to eat a jar of this in one sitting! Fantastic for drizzling or including in marinades and salad dressings. I really can’t fault this honey and it’s one of the best that I’ve tasted. And so glad that it’s minimally processed and as natural as is possible, preserving all of the good stuff.
