Description

This refreshing shrub cordial contains vinegar which gives it a subtle, tart taste and is complimented with a delicate strawberry flavour.

Some people are a bit unsure about a vinegar based drink but the combination of the tart vinegar and the sweet strawberries results in something perfectly tangy. It's perfect with some soda water or as a mixer with your favourite cocktail. Dilute 1 part shrub to 5 parts water.

All of our shrubs are made with unpasteurised apple cider vinegar which contains the mother.
