Recent Feature in The Grocer

We are thrilled to share that we have been featured in The Grocer! The article, titled The Scottish Bee Company: Evolving to Embody the Essence of a Scottish Larder, highlights our journey, values, and vision for the future.

At the heart of our company is a deep commitment to sustainability, provenance, and the incredible produce Scotland has to offer. What started with a mission to support bee populations and produce high-quality Scottish honey has since evolved into a broader offering of purposeful Scottish produce with transparent origins and clean ingredients. From our award-winning heather honey to our expanding range of vinegars, dressings, and hot honeys, we’re dedicated to crafting authentic products.

The feature in The Grocer explores how we have embraced the concept of a Scottish larder, curating a selection of high-quality, locally sourced goods that reflect the essence of Scotland’s food heritage. A key part of this journey has been our newly established umbrella company, The Natural Larder Collective, where we are dedicated to supporting other producers in delivering ethically sourced, high-quality products that champion both environmental responsibility and provenance.

It also delves into our sustainability initiatives, including our commitment to supporting biodiversity and the environment through local beekeeping and ethical sourcing. The Natural Larder Collective plays a crucial role in this mission, as we collaborate with other artisans and food producers who uphold the same values of authenticity and environmental responsibility.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and so grateful for the recognition of our hard work. As we continue to grow, our focus remains on delivering delicious, thoughtfully made products while staying true to our roots.

A huge thank you to The Grocer for shining a light on our journey and to our customers for supporting us every step of the way. If you haven’t read the article yet, check it out here and join us in celebrating this exciting moment!
