Description

Our limited-edition Scottish Summer Runny Honey is produced by bees foraging on nectar gathered predominantly from clover and lime flowers in Scotland.

Pure and natural, this is a particularly special batch of Scottish honey. A clover and lime crop like this is unusual for us to get in Scotland, making it a seasonal harvest we’re delighted to be able to share.

Gathered from our bee-friendly hives around Scotland, every batch of honey reflects the flowers our bees have been foraging on. No two harvests are ever exactly the same.

Smooth, sweet and beautifully runny, drizzle it over yoghurt or porridge, spread over toast, stir into a warm drink or simply enjoy straight from the spoon.

A little note on this batch: Due to the natural characteristics of this clover and lime honey, it may crystallise. This is a completely natural process and does not affect the quality or flavour of the honey.

Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.95 for orders under £40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £10. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or FedEx and arrive in 2–4 working days.
