Our smooth, sweet Blossom Honey is produced by bees that forage on nectar gathered from wildflowers across Scotland, including clover, lime, and oil seed rape. Light, floral, and incredibly versatile, it’s perfect spread over toast, stirred into smoothies, or drizzled over yoghurt.

Our rich and flavoursome Heather Honey is sourced from Scotland’s rugged moorlands during the short heather season. Award-winning and full of character, every mouthful evokes a sense of Scotland’s unspoiled wilderness.

Together, they make the perfect pairing for breakfast, baking, cooking, cheese boards, or gifting.

Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.95 for orders under £40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £10. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or FedEx and arrive in 2–4 working days.
