Description

Our bestselling Scotch Bonnet Hot Honey, now in a handy 120g bottle.

Sweet meets heat with pure Scottish blossom honey infused with the fiery kick of Scotch Bonnet chillies. Rich, naturally sweet and perfectly balanced with a warming chilli heat.

Drizzle over pizzas, glaze meats or add to marinades for an irresistible hit of sweet heat.

The perfect size for trying, gifting or adding to your picnic hamper.

Shake well before use. Honey may naturally crystallise over time.
Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection.

Raw British Honey (92%), Scotch Bonnet Chillies (4%), Organic Cider Vinegar.

Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.95 for orders under £40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £10. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or FedEx and arrive in 2–4 working days.
