Raspberry & Lemon Honey + Scottish Summer Runny Honey

Discover two limited-edition honeys in this special seasonal duo, bringing together bright, fruity flavour with a rare taste of the Scottish summer.

Our Raspberry & Lemon Honey is fresh, fruity and uplifting, made with British blossom honey, sweet raspberry and zesty lemon, finished with real raspberry pieces. Delicious swirled through porridge, drizzled over pancakes, spooned into yoghurt or paired with soft cheese.

Paired with our Scottish Summer Runny Honey, produced by bees foraging predominantly on clover and lime flowers in Scotland. This is an unusual crop for us to get, making it a particularly special seasonal harvest. Smooth, sweet and beautifully runny, it’s delicious drizzled over toast, porridge or yoghurt, or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon.

Together, they make a deliciously versatile pairing for breakfasts, baking, cheese boards and gifting.

Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.95 for orders under £40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £10. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or FedEx and arrive in 2–4 working days.
