Next, our Kimchi Hot Honey is crafted from rescued kimchi brine and pure Scottish Blossom honey, contributing to reducing food waste. This condiment embodies sweet and mildly spicy perfection. 

Immerse your taste buds in a symphony of sweet and heat; these are perfect for drizzling on pizzas, glazing meats, or enhancing marinades. Spice up your dishes with the flavour of our Hot Honey Duo.

Shake well before use, and note that the honey may crystallise over time. Contains 2x 200g bottles. 
Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Ingredients

Scotch Bonnet Hot Honey Drizzle: Scottish Honey (92%), Scotch Bonnet Peppers (4.3%), Organic Cider Vinegar.

Kimchi Hot Honey Drizzle: Scottish Honey (80%), Kimchi liquor (20%) (Spring onion, Red pepper powder, Red Miso Paste (Soybean, rice, yeast, ethyl alcohol, koji, salt), Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Sugar), will contain traces of the other kimchi ingredients (Chinese cabbage, Carrots).

Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.50 for orders under £30, £3 for orders £30–£40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £8. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS and arrive in 2–4 working days.
