Our award-winning Scottish Heather Honey is rich, floral and full of depth, harvested from the Scottish moors during the short heather season. Paired with our Apple Cider Vinegar infused with Blackberries & Sage, this bundle is made for those who love bold, natural flavour. Fruity, fragrant and gently tangy, the vinegar is delicious in salad dressings, marinades, sauces, gravies, stews, or diluted with water for a refreshing pick-me-up. All of our vinegars are unpasteurised and contain the mother.

Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.95 for orders under £40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £10. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or FedEx and arrive in 2–4 working days.
