Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Orders of £35 or more qualify for free delivery. All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail and APC. Delivery takes 3 working days and costs £4.00.

    I had been looking for a honey to replace Manuka as felt I should get something local. Do my bit for the planet.
    Looking through scientific reviews on the best honey, I was amazed to find the Heather honey at the top of the list. I had to give it a go.
    Being a true Scot, the bargain pack was what I went for convinced, it had to be lovely. I wasn't wrong, its delicious, tasty on its own, as a sandwich or in the morning Porridge, I'm already down to my last 2 jars. It seems similar to Manuka, in keeping the colds at bay and I also use it to remove the effects of the night before!
    I'm more than happy to recommend this delicious honey to all my friends, those who have tasted are of the same opinion. Not sure if any have made a purchase so far, however they were impressed by the consistency and smooth light taste.
