Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Orders of £35 or more qualify for free delivery. All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail and APC. Delivery takes 3 working days and costs £4.00.

    GORGEOUS HEATHER HONEY - BUSY LITTLE HONEY BEES

    We are absolutely thrilled by this find. Gloriously fudge, lovely texture and you can smell the heather.

    You really have to try this! Also sounds like the owners are very proud of their product - and rightly so! I suppose I shall try the Blossom honey another time, but for now the husband is extremely happy and content.
    I agree this makes a wonderful gift for a foodie. Anyone who enjoys food will LOVE this.

    Gorgeous taste!

    This honey is absolutely delicious and I have given it as gifts to a few friends who completely agree. It has proper taste and is perfect to make a hot lemon & honey drink, or on toast. I also like it with a bit of stilton cheese on biscuit!

    This is the second batch i have bought. Which is testimony in its self how good it it is.
    I enjoy on my porridge in the morning.
    I also make a nice lemon and honey drink. Who knows so refreshing.
    I have used it in recipes and lovely on a nice piece of toast.
