East Coast Cured's first ever recipe was meticulously crafted in the eaves of the founders' family home prior to starting commercial production.

This traditional Italian-style salami is expertly seasoned with the rich notes of red wine, aromatic garlic, and black pepper. This artisanal creation stands as a testament to the founders' dedication to crafting exceptional, traditionally-inspired flavours.

Delivery information

Orders of £35 or more qualify for free delivery. All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail and APC. Delivery takes 3 working days and costs £4.00.
