Scottish blossom honey is a reflection of the wide variety of flowers around Scotland. Signature Honey is the perfect option for those who prefer the sweetness of the blossom honey with a hint of heather honey. Cranberry & Ginger Honey is a bold and festive blend of pure British honey infused with the tang of cranberry and the gentle warmth of ginger, bringing a zesty, spicy sweetness to every kitchen.

Trio contains 3x 227g jars. 
Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection. 
Delivery information

Mainland UK delivery is £4.50 for orders under £30, £3 for orders £30–£40, and FREE for orders over £40. Non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey) is £8. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS and arrive in 2–4 working days.
