Is this raw honey?

We don't use the term raw honey for this product as the term 'raw honey' is not permitted by Trading Standards.

However, we feel this is what some people mean when they ask if it's 'raw honey': pure honey, taken from the hive and gently warmed so it can be manually filtered (but never above the temperature of the hive and never pasteurised). We do not mix it with anything else.

After filtering it is processed in an organic processing facility and jarred to perfection.

Scottish Honey (92%), Scotch Bonnet Peppers (4.3%), Organic Cider Vinegar.

Orders of £35 or more qualify for free delivery. All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail and APC. Delivery takes 3 working days and costs £4.00.

    Utterly delicious and addictive

    VERY hot, not for the faint hearted. Perhaps they could be persuaded to add a little less chilli and more honey? But I have it with EVERYTHING now. I drizzle it on oven chips, use a teaspoon in hot water to get rid of congestion, slather it on steak…it’s incredible.

    I bought this in a trip to Canada. I was curious about mixing my favorite pepper with honey and was pleasantly delighted. I put this stuff on everything. Better than regular hot honey because of the flavor from the pepper. Now I’m on the hunt to find it in the states.

    Absolutely moreish!

    This is such a delicious hot honey drizzle, with quite the kick to it. The lovely sweetness of the honey lingers after the first wee ooft you get on the tongue when the chillies take hold. Absolutely moreish, delicious and already a firm favourite.
